Horrible management, They got rid of a competing athlete trainer (Rich) so that they could bring in their friend who claims to be a trainer and does not know Jack. I am a personal trainer certified through nasm. I have multiple certificates and I can tell you. I have watched this guy try to train people and he is going to hurt people. He has no clue what he's doing. They got rid of one of their best trainers to bring in 1 of the worst unknowledgeable trainers and it's all because of the new management. She's systematically trying to get rid of all the people and bring in all her friends.I'm not only leaving this review, I am writing an email to corporate.

Great place. Friendly staff but most important it's clean.

I’ve been coming to this location for quite some time now. Today I went to the gym while I was doing bench press I saw Daniel and Brandy come to me and say, " Hey sir you can’t have your bag with you, I was perplexed because I didn't know what they were talking about, and I opened my backpack that had my workout belt, wrist Wraps, and towel which I usually bring with me to work out. They both told me whether I go outside and put the bag in my car or else when I asked what else, leave the gym or get a locker. All of a sudden people were looking at me left and right pointing fingers at me like I committed a serious crime. So, I immediately grab my stuff stop my workout, and leave the gym. I was extremely embarrassed and humiliated simply paying for a gym every month to come work out. I called customer service filed a complaint and deactivated my membership as well. I cannot believe what has transpired today. What happened to me today I don’t want that to happen to anyone else because we are not criminals we are simply paying for a gym to work out. You might need to take that gym to your living room for your family to use instead of opening it to the public.

If you are a senior member of Planet Fitness and utilize the circuit room at planet fitness you need to read this! Now if someone comes in and starts using the room out of circuit and at will, if you say something to that person, you will be threatened and kicked out of the gym by management. This has progressively been getting worse and management does not care about us senior citizens who go there to try and get a decent workout. They want us out of there so they allow the bad behavior and then harass us when we complain. Planet Fitness even has the rules for the circuit room posted in plain site. They told me they did not care. It is at the gym managers discretion.

They keep this gym super clean. Staff is very friendly and hardworking. I’m glad to go to this gym.

Great gym. All the equipment is new and the entire gym is super clean. I love it here.

The midnight & morning crew Adrian, Chris & Daniel are great & are always right there to help ya with whatever it is that need!! The facility is always nice and clean with very friendly staff & members!!Rich is the personal trainer at the Largo facility & he is amazing!! He will work with you and help you meet your personal goals!!!

Went to this location from out of town and the staff was so friendly, asking me where my home gym was and how happy they were to see me. Very clean facility too

Everything I could possibly need to get back into shape. Awesome, helpful and friendly staff. I miss seeing my fellow Patriots and Celtics fan Major, but I hear he’s doing well.

I love my home gym, is always clean and has great super friendly staff! Caleb is super cool and the rest of the team are very nice as well! Been coming here for almost 5 months and it’s a great experience :) ty!
