Simply the best boxing gym around, period. Owners and trainers are amazing. Classes are fun, and you’re given a lot of individualized attention. Private sessions are affordable. Even the pros who frequent the gym will help you and guide you when they see you in there. Great way to make friends, get healthy and learn to box.

I can confidently say that this gym is one of the best places to get in shape and learn the art of boxing.The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the positive and welcoming atmosphere. The gym was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and approachable. Ive been to a few Boxing/Kickboxing gyms in the area and I have found that Downtown Boxing is by far the Best. You get a great workout plus the Trainers focus on your boxing skills. I had a lot of bad habits from the other gyms that they corrected. I’ve been a member for 6 months now and I Love it, it truly is a great place. Try it and you will love it too

The coaches and management here are top notch. This is a great gym. From novice to experienced, they will take you in and literally show you the ropes. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
