Few tip to make this a 4 star gym. Have AT LEAST twice as many clips as you have barbells. If a dumbell has the rubber peeled off it no longer weighs the displayed amount. Move the sled station; everyone and their mother is Knees Over Toes guy and it's making too much traffic. Clean more often; the same bottle of ICE has been sitting there for at least 5 days.

Great gym. Clean, friendly staff and very professional trainers. I've been a member since they opened and now under new ownership they've expanded, upgraded many machines, serve you shakes and Surge Fitness is in the same building since they've expanded into the neighboring units.

This gym is perfect for fitness freaks. The atmosphere here is very low-key. The trainers are both super friendly and non-judgmental. Plus, they know what they are talking about. The price is hard to beat. I wouldn't to be a member of anywhere else.

Membership has been a nightmare. They charged another annual fee after I canceled and now another month because they have a 30 day policy. Manager never called me back.

Well set up .... not having to walk back and forth all over the gym when I superset. Great value for the money. That seems very friendly.
