This place absolutely CHANGED my life! Michelle at Iron Belle was the best coach and fitness mentor I've ever had and I wish I would have discovered this gem of a gym sooner. Michelle helped me completely change my diet and fitness routine in a way that made sense for me. She is very thoughtful, caring, and fun to work with as you learn the new workout techniques. I appreciated the nutrition help as well (this was a big area of focus for me). She's super knowledgeable about all things fitness and nutrition and helps you making a long-term lifestyle change. I didn't realize how important it was to focus on all the aspects of weight loss (BMI/body fat %/overall measurements) and focus more on gaining muscle! Also, the workouts are actually FUN and I looked forward to meeting her 3x a week for personal training. When I started at Iron Belle, I was definitely hoping for results but I was shocked when I lost just over 30 pounds in just a couple of months. If I wouldn't have moved out of state for family reasons, I would have been a lifer at this gym. Don't hesitate for a second, just go to Iron Belle! <3 <3 <3

I would like to give ten stars! this is the best gym. I went in different gyms for many years, I never liked training, I did it because I had to. here I fell in love with workouts. Michelle and Sarah are the best trainers! they explain and motivate. I miss you very much ! Thank you! Diana.

This is the best place I have ever found to stay motivated to exercise and become as physically fit as you can possibly be! If you are thinking about checking them out, stop thinking about it and do it! You will be happy you did if you are looking for a place that will actually help you to be your own personal best. If you have limitations, Michelle and all the trainers will give you modifications that will work and keep you working! They only take so many clients at a time - I think to allow them to be able to truly help everyone who joins.

I started at Iron Belle about 3 months ago and finally found my place! I actually look forward to coming 6 days a week to workout now! Michelle, jade, and yuri are amazing Instructors who constantly motivate me while securing a safe environment for all. I love the variety - from strength training, to kickboxing, to cardio, and bootcamp! Michelle and the team also work on nutrition which has been super helpful! The fittttt women that attend are very kind, supportive, and upbeat! Love the healthy environment and excited to continue on my adventure to being my best version!

I love Iron Belle. I started a little over a year ago and my body and attitude towards fitness has completely transformed. My body fat is down almost 10% and I am lifting heavy and feeling so strong. Michelle, Yuri and Jade are great at keeping me motivated. There are frequent challenges and the opportunity to participate in FitRanx. Michelle hears my goals and holds me accountable. She has helped me make adjustments to my diet as well. The workouts are planned for me but I’m also given “free time” to focus on my personal goals. Iron Belle is more than a gym and I’m thankful every day that I found it!

The fitness instructors at Iron Belle are absolutely amazing! You will never want to step foot in another gym after your experience here. I have terrible ankle problems and started with personal training sessions with Yuri. She taught me how to modify every exercise and I am now able to workout pain-free! I can participate in the group classes and keep up with everyone. I am beyond thankful that I found Yuri, Michelle and the Iron Belle team! They’ve changed my life and they can change yours too.

This gym is awesome, especially the owner Michelle who works with me every single class to give me modifications because I have a knee injury. She also makes every class interesting and I’m never bored during my workouts. If you need a gym to get you motivated this is the one!
