Great workouts with highly skilled trainers! Untamed is a facility for any level of fitness. The classes are challenging, fun, and the class members are always welcoming. I’ve had the opportunity to take both the boot camp and kickboxing classes and liked both. Coach Jordan and Coach Kiahley are top-notch and really care about you being successful. Even better, many of the classes are offered at the same time as the Jungle Gym ninja kids classes, so you get a great workout while your child trains next door.
