I absolutely love this gym! The trainers are absolutely incredible, they’ve always met me where I was and then pushed me to stretch my comfort zone, which I need. The studio is always scary clean and April has done an incredible job building a culture starting with her employees which in effect has trickled down to the members. The members are absolutely amazing, they always smile and are incredibly inclusive and welcoming. Every class is an absolute blast! Can’t say enough good things about this gym!

From the moment you walk in, it is clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining a top-notch facility.The coaches here are the real gems. I trained here for 8 months and got in such good physical shape, April is an incredible owner and is such a positive energy to be around. The coaches are also incredible and take such great care to make you feel comfortable and get your sweat on, thank you Coach Fidel, CJ + Jose! Highly HIGHLY recommend

April is the new owner and making up for previous issues at this gym. Very honorable and positive! I love this work out and gym! So happy to see it is open and full of good people that are on a positive mission for good health and happiness!🥳 I am 55 so don’t think you can’t box at any age. It’s whole body wellness and I feel confident to defend myself now too.

My wife took online classes with Coach Jose! He was so professional and fun for her to workout with. He worked with her schedule and held her accountable. In a short time, we noticed the difference in how her clothes fit and her energy level was through the roof! The front desk person April even called to check on her before and after my wife completed the program with them to make sure she was satisfied. I would definitely recommend!!!

This place needs to be investigated. And shut down. Terrible service terrible employees a nasty place to walk into
