Great motivating group of trainers. Your workout schedule may be dictated by the availability of openings in a class unless you sign up several days to a week in advance.Personally within one month, I saw noticeable results with their method of training. Science!

Great staff. The workout is hard for someone like me that hasn't worked out at gym for a few years. Other than walking. I felt like I need some monitored exercise and the Orange Theory is the perfect place. It's almost like you have your own personal trainer. Starting a new exercise regimen can be a bit intimidating - I don't feel that way at Orange Theory.

I love OTF workouts for several reasons: instruction is personalized to your fitness level, you feel like you are working as a team while still supporting your personal goals, you never feel in competition with anyone as everyone is focused on their own progress. The coaches are world-class (thanks Ally!) who motivate and encourage every step of the way. I’ve been going regularly for two months and just upped my membership level again so I may attend more than twice weekly. Joining this group is one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself!

Orangetheory is a fun, fast workout and the Largo studio is awesome. The coaches are great. The staff is friendly. The facility is clean. The variety of the workouts keeps it from getting boring. High intensity interval training is the best way to see results from exercise. All fitness levels, from beginner to elite athlete, will benefit from this workout and will feel welcome at the studio.
