Nice and friendly staff, the gym is nice and clean, and great location.

I give this Planet Fitness 5 stars! It’s kept very clean and the staff at the front desk never fail to welcome me upon arriving and when leaving tell me to have a great day! The added bonus that I did not have at my previous Planet Fitness in New York is Rich the trainer! He makes each & every class challenging but also makes it fun and I end each class looking forward to the next! Thank you Rich for making working out fun!

Love this new gym!!! I especially like the fact that classes are given and Rich the trainer has really helped me to obtain my health and fitness goals

I joined this gym about 3 months ago. I loved it because of the people who worked there. Now those people are gone. I miss Mindy so much! All of them. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. Now if you ask a question you get oh that's not in my pay grade. Hard a smile. More stares than anything. Longer waits for help. I'm just disappointed at the lack of that is there now . Now I just figure it out.Now that being said I have to say the coach Rich is an amazing human who really does try to work with you and offer aide. I adore him. The gym itself is great. But I've personally noticed that since staff has changed there is lack. As far as cleanliness. It's something I have shared already with the manager. It's not the same welcoming vibe. So now I just work out and leave. That environment isn't the same.

I freaking love at this gym Brandy is an amazing manager she is very helpful very sweet she takes time out of her day to have a little chit chat with you if you need it she's very knowledgeable about everything the club has to offer the gym is very clean and it's never so busy that you can't get to a machine

I really enjoyed coming to this location until the last couple of weeks because of new management . First of all I don’t get as a friend that comes with a friend under the black card membership and constantly told you can’t to the massage spa but you can get on all the equipment that are in the gym. I really don’t like any of the new people that worked there and there’s to much going on and all they do is say no you can’t do it. Management sucks at this location..

First if all please give Rich the trainer 5 stars as he does a great job and is very knowledgeable but that's where this place ends the rest you can give a minus 5 star rating and here's the reasons why first of all it's management you have a new manager here now Brandi Wind who knows absolutely NOTHING about fitness and is terrible at customer service and satisfaction second of all although the staff is pleasant but they also have NO KNOWLEDGE of the fitness industry and that fault lies solely with the owner and management of this facility thirdly the tanning beds are always dirty with dried sweat left on the beds the staff never cleans these beds and this is supposed to be done by the personnel that's working there after every use NO EXCEPTION and it's also a Florida law on companies with tanning beds it is a 2018 Florida statute Chapter 381 Section 89 and fourth even though these are franchised facilities they should honor the contract of another Planet Fitness franchisee but they WILL NOT and that's the reason that I will find another fitness facility that caters to the needs and wants of their customers LASTLY I have been working out for 50 years and I DO KNOW what I'm talking about

I have been waiting for this place to open, I was a little late signing up but do glad I did! Everything is brand new including the building as the prior location had a fire before planet fitness could open. This gym has awesome classes and amenities. The best amenities are the classes taught by a highly certified trainer, the massage and tanning are a must! 💪👍😎✅

Largo location is phenomenal especially the new massage chairs 💺 …
