The trainer at this gym is very knowledgeable and personable he makes the classes so fun the class is over before you know it. He knows when to have you push yourself as well as when you need to give yourself a break. I like the fact that he is personable with a big personality because I would take classes with a cookie cutter trainer (I would just stay home with videos) thank you Rich for keeping us on our fitness journey......you are a huge part of why I come to this planet Fitness.***I would not take classes with a cookie cutter trainer ***** it wouldn't let me add the word "not" smh this review is a mess but hopefully you get the pointYOU ROCK

I've been coming to this gym since the beginning of the year. The staff have always been wonderful and I upgraded to the black card membership almost immediately so I can bring my friends and husband to workout with. Recently though, about 2 months ago I started doing classes with Rich, and let me tell you he's the best personal trainer I've ever had! Very knowledgeable and kind, and I learned he competes in Deka competitions all the time and wins just about all of them, so you KNOW he knows what he's talking about and helps you with your form, control, and balance of everything you do, so you're not just mindlessly working out! He's brought back a lot of confidence I lost during my year break. He's one of the kindest person I know. If I can recommend any gym, it would be this place, just because of Rich! The complaint is that the staff has changed recently and I miss a lot of the front desk staff that used to work there, especially Mindy and Josh. The new staff is friendly as well, but it's not the same without those two....

I love the new Plant Fitness in my neighborhood and I love the late hours which works for my work schedule. Lamar is one of my favorite employees at the gym. He has great customer service and is always so helpful and friendly. He deserves a raise!!

Gym is good but getting very crowded since opening. Problem is the staff. It keeps changing and they aren’t consistent with the rules. If you are a black card member you can bring a guest anytime. Never had an issue at any planet fitness about the massage chairs but this one. I come from Atlanta and no issues. Even at this location from Dec 2022 until July 2023 my guest could use any machines including the massage chairs and since new staff has come on one will let you and the other won’t. Tre claims the manager is now watching on cameras for this. The manager Brandy does not accept phone calls to discuss issues. I will no longer patronize this gym. It’s a wrap..

I have been going to Planet Fitness for a month now on Seminole Blvd. It has to be one of the best gyms I have been in.The staff is awesome, and Brandi, who is the GM, is an awesome person with a great personality..The staff makes going to the gymenjoyable.If it was possible to give them 10 stars, that is what I would rate this gym..GREAT JOB!!!!
