Just started working out here and it's awesome! My first day one of their trainers Samy, did some one on one training with me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! Even though I haven't been in a gym for years everyone made me feel welcome. Their equipment is top of the line and I never had to wait for a machine. Cant wait for my next work out with Samy!

If you’re looking for the push from your environment then sudafit is the gym for you. Too if the line equipment, infrared sauna and a cardio movie room! If you didn’t like cardio before you will now!

Without a doubt my favorite gym I’ve ever been to! I’ve tried just about every gym in the area and they are the very best, honestly! The machines are unique and fun, the cardio theater is a game changer, and the owners are incredibly nice! 11/10 would recommend
