Sweatify Fitness

I’ve been going to Sweatify working with Cord since Dec 2021. Love the group classes, he does a variety of HIIT workouts and also incorporates lifting, he also modifies workouts to fit your personal abilities. He pushes his clients and creates a comfortable and motivating gym atmosphere. If you put in the work, you’ll see a difference! 100% recommend.

Sweatify fitness is a great place to feel comfortable and well informed for your fitness journey, whether that be starting it or an active gym goer. The classes are offered all day and cater to a wide range of routines…!! Both trainers are great and really know how to push you to be your strongest.

Since joining Sweatify I am moving in ways I thought I would never be able to again! I am 75 with lots of arthritis and had limited mobility. Josh has me doing workouts that I didn't think I could ever do!! I am so thrilled with my progress!! Thank you, Josh, for helping me feel like a healthy woman again!!!

Amazing gym! Sweatify tailors to ALL ages and fitness levels! Coach Josh is extremely attentive to every individuals' need for modifications. The group classes are always different each day, and incorporate the right amount of challenge! A great uplifting atmosphere with friendly members! There's multiple class times to accommodate everyone's schedule! You won't regret joining the Sweatify family!

I stumbled upon this gym by a friend and I’m so glad I did! The gym is very clean, the trainers are very professional and know what they’re doing ! It’s always a great atmosphere, the classes are killer HIIT workouts, you definitely will burn a ton of calories!! I’ve been going to this gym for over a year and half and I always feel accomplished and stress free when I leave .

I’ve been coming to Sweatify fitness since it’s opened. I couldn’t ask for a better gym, I’ve personally am the smallest I have ever been. Josh is the best trainer he pushes you, and encourages you to be a better person not only in the gym but in life. Sweatify is life !!!!
