There where a few bumps when I 1st started that would have given them a 3 maybe 2 star rating, but things were worked out. The place is clean and every thing is in working order. Having the right personal trainer makes a huge difference. Emory is awesome. He knows what he is doing and is very encouraging, but not over the top. I enjoy going there, I feel I have a purpose and am doing the right thing. Now I just need for that to overflow into other areas of my life.

Lori the childcare lady needs to go!She hates her job I swear. Some people told me that they hated the childcare lady and now I see why! I kept an opened mind considering she still works there so how bad can she be? But,Every time I go in there's an issue with my son. He just turned one. I love the gym but I hate leaving my son with her. I even stopped going for a few months because of her! Every time I drop him off there's an issue she over talks me and gets loud saying he doesn't know how to play nice and he throws the toys around. I tired to explain well he just turned one he doesn't really know what to do with toys expect throw them and she over talked me and said he made a older girl cry because he was knocking down her toys.. again he's 1 and he has an older sister, he's probably just trying to play with her since he the first kid in there at 8am. She kept talking over me and saying no that I was wrong and he need to know how to play properly. She even said they should have it to where the block him off from the older kids so he doesn't throw other children's toys. My son goes to daycare he knows how to play with other children and I never hear bad thing about how he plays at his school, but every time I leave him for 30min to and hour she has something to say to me. It's horrible. I know I'm not the only one. Plus My friend Rae first time there and wanted to sign up for childcare and the gym. Now she doesn't want to after what she Hurd and saw her talking to me. Great first impression. Obviously this lady gets a lot of Complaints and they need to hire someone new already. I'm really don't even want to go back now and talking to my husband about canceling.

This is a great place, and I couldn't be happier with my service. I am a newbie to healthy living, and they have been nothing but patient and kind. Though it can be costly, especially for someone like me, I think it's totally worth it. Outside of my membership (which is very reasonably priced), I am signed up to see a personal trainer. My first trainer, R.J., was wonderful. When he performed my assessment & worked with me in my first few sessions, there was no judgement and he was very supportive. I was then transferred to a young man named Emory, and he's great. He's teaching me the most effective way to exercise, we regularly go over my diet and nutrition, he offers helpful advice and is just an overall very nice a supportive person. The other staff here have been nothing but friendly and decent to me, which is great considering the position I started in. I am very happy I signed up with YouFit, and particularly this location. I would recommend this gym to anyone.Keep up the great work guys!

The atmosphere here is surprising great. You have to come on a few days to judge how many people are there at a time. They have enough equipment so you're not waiting all the time. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because when we tried to come in for a yoga class Saturday morning, they told us they couldn't find a instructor for the class. They had it marked the entire week that on Saturday there was going to be a yoga class, but didn't let us know until we got there at 8am.

Pros- Clean, not too pushy with their salesmen, great equipment, friendly staff, affordable price, never too crowded. Best gym I've been to.Cons- Only two squat racks, one more would be nice. No tanning, but I'm just being picky at this pointPs- I've lost 40lbs since I've signed up 9 month ago!!!

Great place to get your workout on, no tanning beds though. All around nice people, and nice atmosphere.

We were told the personal assessment would give us a workout plan. After an hour of making us feel bad about ourselves and how the machines don't really help we were hit with the bottom line. They have a personal trainer program for $450 a month...$900 for my wife and me! They can't give you any workout plans unless you pay. We were lied to about getting a workout plan during this assessment. If they don't leave us alone with the selling we will find another gym. Very disappointed.

Attitudes from staff, rules out the wazoo, big workout room that you can't go in unless there's a class, limited classes, the list goes on. Very disappointed in this gym. Plus, they got rid of THE BEST Pilates instructor (Amy) when they swallowed up Hardcore Fitness. Shame on you Youfit

Nicely renovated facility (throughout) with new equipment. Friendly staff. Manager Drew is awesome - gave us a great rate for being here for the winter months only. Will definitely come back in the Fall.

It's a gym not a resort, so if you're comming to get pampered rather than workout you will not get the results you expect. Also if you're fat stop complaining that the personal trainers didn't drop you ten sizes in one month, just think how long it took you to get fat. It will take half that time to get you back to square one. This of course depends on how fat you were to begin with. Some fat people must elect surgery in order to get back to square one, regardless of how intense and consistent their training is.
