If you need help with anything, dont go when they first open... The girl hides in the office and doesn't even look or acknowledge ppl coming in. Walk past multiple times and doesn't budge... probably sleeping in the chair. Gym itself is ok. I thought it was all upgraded recently but it's still alot of the old equipment from years ago.

This gym is clean and nice, staff is friendly, and I liked it when I joined but the music changed 2 weeks after joining. When I joined and for the first couple weeks the music was high energy, no surprise as that's gym music, right? Not here, not anymore. The music is... think John Denver Rocky Mountain High type elevator music. I complained a few times, the last time to the manager and he said it's piped in, nothing he can do. So, do you call Corporate? Nope, there is no YouFit corporate and you'll always be referred to the manager of the club in your zipcode. Sorry guys, but I gotta go. I realize I made the mistake of a non cancelable membership, but you'll not get another cent from me while your playing slower music than I'd hear in Publix. Sue me.

This place will take your money without even ATTEMPTING to provide the service they are contracted to provide.Management is condescending and combative. Worst customer service experience.Makes sense why Youfits are failing.After about 10 years with this company, I'm happy to cut ties. I will not recommend Youfit or any of the services they "provide".

Equipment is a little on the older side, not much variety of equipment and they didn’t allow me to use my 3rd day of a 3 day guest pass. Not the best, gave them the obligatory 1 star.

Gym is a great place to workout; powerlifter paradise and there's always room to get your workout in without someone in the way. Only thing missing is the Sauna which I'm sure they have coming soon.

Clean positive energy environment. No loud crazy gym monkeys…regular people doing regular things in the gym.Staff is friendly and more than willing to help you out if you need it.
