I received the master customer service ever from the general manager LARANZO I was checking in and tone of the staff said my bank account number isn’t on file and I said oh really they just took money out for the annual fee and I see them taking money out monthly . She said sorry yes sorry your account is up to date you do not owe anything but they like you to have 2 payment methods on file .Then LARNZO chimmed in rude as ever yelling and starting I am the general manager they brought me here because they weren’t doing their jobs right and you need to give me your bank account numbers right now to be in policy I told hun I don’t have it now and my account is up to date and I am going to go work out now . HE CONTINUED being loud and embracing for 10 more minutes . People are waiting in line to check in at this point so he brought me to the side to continue his rampage and I asked for his boss number and he said no I will let her count you about adding your bank account . He wouldn’t tell me his full name . Customer service is 0/10 very unprofessional and lacked basic knowledge he kept reading to EFT as a bank account number . Loud and disrespectful. Super ghetto place
