If you're looking to learn something new, but hold back because you don't want to feel judged or out of place, Rock MMA is the place to go. Coach Carl is great at breaking things down for all levels and has plenty of patience for those of us that don't get it right off rip. Will always recommend this place!

If you're looking for a place to go and learn this is the place. Everyone is very kind and the instructors are always ready to teach. Going to Rock MMA is definitely a weekly highlight for me and I can't recommend it enough.

I have been training with Coach Carl for around 6-7 months now, and I have had an amazing experience. Coach Carl is very very Very skilled in MMA and is an AMAZING teacher. South Florida has many MMA gyms, but I can guarantee you this is the gym you want to be at if you're looking to level your game up or even just starting out like me!!
