I have been training here for a year and highly recommend it. The sessions are tailored for my goals and I’ve noticed great progress since I started. Everyone is super friendly and the space is very clean and well equipped.

LOVE A3! I love the 1v1 attention I get from the personal trainers and the Pilates Reformer group classes with Audra are my favorite workout for toning! The studio is clean and everyone is welcoming.

I’ve been training with Evie for over a year now! I love our 1:1 sessions together. I have made a lot of personal progress and feel great about myself! A3 is clean, organized and staff is super friendly.

I’ve been working out with Charlie Ross, one of the owners at A3, for 5 years - even before he opened A3!His workouts are tailored to me and my goals. I have seen direct results from our time together. He also offers knowledgeable advice on any health, wellness and nutrition questions I have. I started out working alone, and grew my workout group to 3ppl. We love Charlie, and I am so grateful for my workouts with him. I highly recommend!

Evie's small group classes are great for anyone wanting to get back into working out or improve their strength and flexibility! Shes always positive and helps me stay motivated. She helped me build confidence after being out of the routine of working out fot quite some time. I love how she is able to modify/tailor workouts to my needs as I have some old injuries that make some movements more challenging. I really enjoy her classes.

Amazing place with amazing staff! The gym is kept very clean and organized, you never have to worry about it getting loud and overcrowded. Great spot if you are looking for personal training or smaller group classes. I attended Charlie’s group class on Thursday evenings and found them very helpful! I enjoyed the format of the class as he kept our exercise sets different each week. He’s a terrific instructor!

I have been training with Audra for years and cannot say enough wonderful things about her and A3. The workouts are always fun, challenging and uniquely tailored to me and my goals. The Pilates classes also are fantastic. I’ve worked with every trainer at one point or another and all are great!

I had worked with personal trainers before and tried the whole mega-gym (PF) approach. It wasn’t until I started training with Charlie at A3 that I saw some real results.The facility is new, clean (spotless, actually), and completely modern. Charlie takes into consideration my various injuries (it’s not the years, it’s the mileage!) and creates custom workouts that are getting me closer to my goals.
