Been going for 4 weeks now and can not say enough good things about this place! Starts with chris the owner / coach . And trickles down too the other coaches sam and Diane ! All are great and very very helpful and caring for each person there! I at lets say middle aged look forward to my visits every day! Thank you all for my new happiness to my daily routine!

I finally found a workout place that feels like a have my own personal trainer! Coaches Cris & Sam keep you motivated & engaged. What I love the most is that they offer 30 minutes exercise sessions! Finally, the wealth of nutrition information that you receive here - customized to your own needs is truly a game changer! Hands down 5 stars!!

Every workout is a high quality, well instructed workout. Weekly goals and target areas keep each workout fresh. Coaches keep us focused on good form to maximize the benefit of each move. Everyone is working hard and at their own pace - no judgement, no pressure but ALWAYS a fabulous full body workout with lots of support and encouragement! 30 minute session I thought wouldn't do very much but I have really increased my strength and tone overall. Best 30 minutes you can spend to maximize your time and your fitness. Hour classes are excellent as well and again at your own pace. I am grateful to have such a high quality workout, with such fabulous instructors and excellent gym comradery! AFBBC feels like a family. The results are incredible! Feels like a private lesson without the cost. Coaches Chris, Diane and Sam are awesome and a fabulous team!

I can't say enough good things about Andover Fit Body Boot Camp except I wish I started going sooner. I started in August 2022 as a way to lose weight post babies. I did lose weight, and I also gained a lot more. More energy, a sense of community, and something to look forward to every morning.The past few years, skiing has been hard - my muscles sore, not feeling comfortable in ski clothes, and overall not enjoying the sport I've loved for years. A surprise benefit and NSV of going regularly to AFBBC was discovered during a recent ski trip in January 2023, skiing felt easy! I felt like myself again. I know this feeling of strength, lightness, and flexibility on my skis is a direct relationship to the conditioning at AFBBC. A big thank you to Diane and Sam for supporting and encouraging me every morning :)

I love this place! The workouts are challenging and the schedule is convenient. The format and exercises change each time so it’s NEVER boring. The coaches are awesome, always motivating throughout the workout and the clients are all friendly.

Andover Fit Body Boot Camp has exceeded my expectations. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, they meet you were you are and help get you to where you want to go! The classes are challenging yet fun. There are always modifications available to all the exercises. Highly recommend!

I joined the gym on April of 2022 and I love every single class. Diane, Sam and Chris are the best. they truly take their time to teach you and best of all you don't need to memorize a routine. It is all done for you. The gym is super clean and everyone is very friendly. At the beginning couldn't jump on the box neither climb a rope and oh boy all that change. Now I feel more confident about my self and body. Every drop of sweat is worth it! Definitely a long-term commitment for me. Thank you coaches!!!

I only attended 1 class so far. It was outstanding! I was very clean. The instructor Sam was great. She was motivating and attentive to everyone. She demonstrated each workout and was there to help while the workout was going on. Fast in and out ..

AFBBC is a welcoming environment for all regardless of age, ability or fitness level. The coaches are the best! Chris, Diane and Sam are encouraging and supportive while motivating you to push forward and succeed in reaching whatever your goal might be. The workouts are varied and efficient (lots of energy packed into 30-45 minutes)! AFBBC is truly a “no judgement” place to workout so if that’s what you’re looking for… sign up! Best decision I ever made for myself!
