Training for a sport is a big deal for me. I needed a place where I can learn the proper way how to lift, stay fit, and be on a well balanced diet. Boom! Athletics has a top fitness program that has improved me as a runner being more explosive and stronger. I’ve been going there for a little bit over 6 months and the results i’ve gotten are outstanding. Boom! Athletics fitness program is affordable and is based on your scheduling. It’s also in the heart of Haverhill and is an ideal program to anyone! I recommend it to everyone!

Sean is a great guy and really knows what he is doing. overall he provides a very safe environment to get in shape. I have experienced multiple injuries in my life that sometimes effect the way I have to approach working out. Sean does a great job of coaching me through correct form to ensure I can properly get back in shape without further injuring my self and I still walk out every time feeling like I still put in a lot of work, which is very hard a lot of times when dealing with old injury's..

I've been working with Boom! Athletics on and off for a few years and whenever I'm going consistently I can see progress very fast! It's the best quality of strength and conditioning in Haverhill, easily. I was a former gymnast & coach. I had multiple surgeries including both shoulders and elbows. Sean was able to help me grow physically and getting me back on track doing what I love once again and then some. If you're looking to get your fitness on this is the best deal anywhere!

If you are experienced, or just beginning Boom! Athletics has everything you need. Sean is easily one of the best coaches. If you show up with a positive attitude and are willing to work, Sean will get you the results you are looking for.Personally for me, lifting weights was something I had always wanted to do but I was always afraid to even step foot on the weight floor, instead I stuck to what I knew which was running on the treadmill and stepping on the stair master. From the first class I took, Sean made me feel comfortable despite feeling reserved. 6 months later, I am proud to say I am comfortable to through some weight around with knowledge and confidence.The space is clean, and the atmosphere is friendly, it really is a supportive community that is fun and interactive. I've been seeing Sean for almost 3 years now. Ive been dealing with a bunch of different injuries from poor form while working out by myself, but he was able to work around every single injury I've had and corrected my form. When I first started seeing him I had a bulging disk in my L5 S1 disk. The pain in my lower back made it hard for me to do certain exercises like squats and deadlifts, but after a few months the pain went away and I was squatting 240 like it was nothing. I've seen tremendous gains since I've been with him he always pushes people to be the best they can. The environment is better then any atmosphere I've been in. Sean is more than my trainer, he's my mentor and one of my best friends. I highly recommend him to anyone that's trying to strive to be the best person they can be

I’ve been going to Sean for almost 2 years! Before going to him I was scared to pick up a barbell or go near the weights, but now it’s one of my favorite things to do in the gym! He has helped me achieved so many of my goals and the gym atmosphere is great! Boom is awesome 10/10 recommend!

For all you 50+ year old men whom daydream of the fitness strength and stamina you possessed years ago, before the family took precedence over your personal well-being, this is the place to get it back!I like many, have ping-ponged through the local fitness centers and theirrotating trainers with no success. A friend suggested I check out Boom Athletics. Wow! Felt the difference upon first session with Sean. Over the past several months, I've come to appreciate Sean's care for his clients as we all work towards our goals. As others have pointed out, his knowledge of nutrition and training is unprecedented. My strength and stamina have increased ten fold in six months. He has not just created the best facility in Greater Haverhill area, he has created a supportive home for his clients. In the past I have gone to large gyms and worked out at home doing workouts such as P90X. I never had much guidance in the gym so I found it hard to stay motivated.Working out at home got dull over time. I had great results working out at home years ago but watching the same DVD's over and over got to be repetitive.I found out from a co-worker that Boom Athletics was up on the 5th floor from where I worked. I decided to stop in one day after work and Sean gave me a free training session.I have been stopping by his gym now for several months, Sean is great to work with and always mixes up the routine. Typically most people will come in and do a warm up and then he will have everyone do exercises that work a specific muscle group - legs, back, chest etc.The classes are small and really only consist of maybe 4-5 people max, everyone I have met has been helpful and friendly so it's a good environment to work out in. Sean works with people who are beginners and those that are looking for something more advanced so anyone can participate.I highly recommend checking out Boom Athletics, you won't regret it!
