Boom is a great gym! I gained not only strength but knowledge. It has small group classes where you get to enjoy interacting with others but also get the 1 and 1 attention. Sean is a great trainer that makes sure your form is on point and very knowledgeable. Switches up the routine so that your body doesn't plateau. Help you challenge yourself while keeping your safety first. Workout challenges are my favorite helps me push my myself to break records. I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to lift and make gains.

Been coming here for 5 months now and have seen amazing results - not just aesthetically but all around health and strength. Sean as a trainer is incredibly professional and takes the time to give attention to you and your goals. And as a woman that has felt creeped out/unsafe in other gyms, Boom is safe, welcoming, and encouraging. If you've thought about giving it a try, do it!

Sean was referred to me from a close friend who raved about his individualized and challenging programming. He started with a consultation to get to know me and my history, as well as the interests I had in conditioning and strengthening my body. Sean truly takes the time to connect with his clients and makes your workout fit you and your needs. When I moved, Sean even set up a long distance consultation and workout plan so I could continue to improve myself outside of his gym. Honestly the best place!!

I’ve been going to Boom for a little over 3 months and I’m already seeing better results than my last gym that I spent years at. Strength training is exactly what I needed and I’m so glad I found Sean to help me fulfill my potential. He’s a great trainer and the atmosphere and clients at Boom make it a fun place to workout!

Sean at Boom! Athletics is fantastic! Not only will he develop a personalized plan for your fitness goals, but he will constantly challenge you, work around injuries, and accommodate any needs you may have. Sean maintains a large amount of his focus on his clients' well being; much of which includes making sure all exercises are done with proper mechanics. Many other facilities choose to focus on being money makers and they don't have the same care or personal touch that Sean has. I have and will continue to personally recommend Sean and Boom! for anyone who wants to improve their fitness levels and overall strength and well-being. I appreciate the diversified, yet personal approach you can't get at many other facilities. I also appreciate the time that Sean has taken throughout his career to educate himself in areas of mixed martial arts, nutrition, & yoga.

Sean is an amazing trainer! My 14yr old son wanted to become stronger and resilient by working out. I trained with Sean for a few years until I had to move away from the area. Sean was by far the BEST trainer I have ever worked with. He is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and most importantly, safety conscious. Training is always geared to your specific needs, abilities and goals . He seems to know just how far to push you to meet those goals, that I could never seem to accomplish on my own. I gained confidence and strength, and felt my very best during my training with Sean.I highly recommend Sean if you are serious about your health and want to feel and look your best!

Started coming back in November after finding Sean Seaberg and Boom Athletics and it’s been an awesome journey so far. The value is unbeatable. Sean is an excellent trainer! Patient, personal, extremely knowledgeable and will help you achieve your goals while challenging you along the way to help bring out your best. He had helped me achieve my gold with getting back into shape and I’ve seen some great results so far and plan on continuing my fitness journey here. The community in the gym is friendly, welcoming and all around very positive! Sean offers a variety of classes and funds a way to make the fun and engaging while still challenging. Sean Seaberg has helped me achieve many new goals in my fitness, constantly. I have been working out with Sean for almost 5 years now, and he has helped me with my eating habits and my form with weights.
