I hope here for the office Northeast Rehab has inside. It is so nice to have pool therapy. I plan to start a membership when released from Rehab.

I mean what more can you ask for out of a gym? This place has it all.. Pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, sauna, steam bath, and every piece of work-out equipment imaginable. Worth every penny.

State of the art facility with all new equipment, beautiful pool, locker room. They offer many free classes. Much better management than Boston Sports Club!

Solid tennis, pickleball, workout, facility located in an ultra-modern building with both indoor and outdoor pools, plus an activity center with mini golf and batting cages. Only temporary drawback is a questionable food vendor who may be too high-end for the clientele (acai bowls but no grilled chicken, hamburgers, fries, etc...) and, after several months, still does not have an active liquor license. Hopefully, this problem will be solved before the summer season.

Little high end but if you like a highly variable fitness routine, this place will keep your options up. The classes are constant and variable and the trainers are consistent. Very good place to keep it fresh.

I love Cedardale it is extremely clean and it is a safe environment especially for people with anxiety and PTSD. The staff is absolutely wonderful and caring. It also helps tremendously that Northeast Rehab is right there. The only reason I didn't give it 5 starts is because they offer discounts to young adults and students however there is no discount for the elderly/handicap, so if you are on a limited income it almost becomes impossible to join which is sad for the people who could benefit from using the facilities. Why not add a discounted rate for them also so they can enjoy this safe and wonderful fitness center. In response from Cedardale to my review "Cedardale is a high end lifestyle center" what exactly does that mean? If you are lower middle class or below we are not interested in your business. All I can say to that is WOW....

Great facility when it comes to the equipment. I wouldn't endorse their business practices, though. I applied for a job as a personal trainer and was interviewed swiftly. I received an email from the manager of the fitness department that they were looking for someone with more "commercial" experience... Which reminded me exactly why I now work on my own as a private trainer. These companies are focused on finding the best salesmen, not the best trainers...
