Cedardale is a top notch family fitness center. Extremely clean, well run, organized, top equipment, well trained instructors and trainers, and staff are welcoming and very helpful. Cedardale came back strong after a devastating fire and continue to be as strong as ever. Lots of Virtual choices from the beginning of our new norm.Member 23 years, now Virtual from Florida.

This place is awesome I've been a member for about a half a year and I think it's so great to have basketball courts sauna steam room pools. Every time I bring Friends by for a visit they always say that this is a really nice looking facility awesome looking gym. I love to come here they have everything you could possibly need and want maybe a StairMaster would be a nice addition (I WAS WRONG THEY DO HAVE STAIR MASTERS IN THE CORNER!!! THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!) but overall they got it all. People are super friendly the staff is extremely friendly and they have a food and Smoothie Bar which I only have the smoothies and those are absolutely delicious definitely worth a visit
