Cannot recommend enough! A great time and workout! The class is a mixed bag of personalities and skill levels allowing for you to learn from each other and along with each other, while stretching your own personal limits. At least try the trial you'll be hooked!

I called to inquire about pricing and instead of getting a straight forward answer I was pitched a song and dance and told to come in to get evaluated. I was just looking for an intro class for my child. Then I was told that the school wasn't for me when I refused to come in for an eval and I told the Grand Master that I was just calling to get some pricing. He asked for my name but didn't offer up his name until I asked. He asked for my phone number as well... Really shifty and used car salesmen like if you ask me.I've helped run TKD schools in Texas, and Massachusetts, and have practiced the art for many years. In my experience if they're not willing to be up front with their point of view and pricing then there is a lot they're trying to sell and pitch. Transparency is key and Chang's wasn't about transparency for me.Good luck if you're looking for a place for your child, just make sure that they are up front about the pricing and the cost of belt tests and the cost of a black belt and the ceremony. Keep in mind that Kukkiwon the governing body for World TaeKwonDo federation charges roughly $40 to $100 dollars for a 1st dan black belt test, but most of the schools in the US charge upwards of $500 for the same test. There are usually 10 gups or belts to test for prior to your black belt and each has a test fee. This is in addition to your average monthly membership fee where you can attend 3 days a week or so to the various classes. This is pretty standard for TaeKwonDo.Master Chang was right. His school is not the right school for my daughter.

Changs Taekwondo America changed my life. I started training in 2008. The school, Instructors, Master Catherine, and Grand Master Chang are all amazing. They truly care about each and every student as if they were their own family. I wouldn't be the person I am today if it hadn't been for Changs Taekwondo America!

I spent 11 amazing years at Chang's TaeKwonDo America! You couldn't have a better Grandmaster than Grandmaster Chang and Master Catherine. I learned so much from them and they also became family to me!
