The Teacher in this class is a hypocrite he says that you don't have to go to tournaments but in order for you to qualify for your next belt you have to attend atleast one and spend another 50 bucks.Also they barely go into the meaning of the fighting forms which don't benefit the visual learners like myself. And lastly you can't buy equipment from other places you have to buy the equipment they sell there. Bottom line I don't recommend this class and suggest you stay away

Full Definition of hypocrite1: a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion2: a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelingsIf you believe he is a Hypocrite then why are you still attending his classes .Y Because he is a great teacher. He does not just Hand out belts he makes a student earn it . He may be a little forgetful at times but he is always there for his students. I would Highly recommend this Dojo and my family and I have been with him for years.And his Kickboxing class is awesome.

My experience with school is awesome. I have two years with Diaz isshinryu karate &kobudo and hes the best in new England with the most discipline class for kids and adult.
