I have recently joined Get In Shape For Women in Andover and have been really pleased with the gym, trainers, and my results so far. The workouts are really energizing and I can easily fit it into my schedule!

5 years ago, I saw a survey that said women, on average, gain 1 pound for every year married. With our 25th anniversary less than a year away, I stepped on the scale and was surprised to see that I had indeed gained close to 25 pounds. I had tried many self-help diets and exercise plans that did not last, so I knew I needed something radically different. I saw an introductory offer for GISFW and thought it could not hurt to try. By my 25th anniversary, I was down 20 pounds and 4 dress sizes. I have never looked back, 5 years later, I still religiously schedule my workouts and am proud to say at our 30 year anniversary I will be able to wear a size smaller than when I got married and my wedding dress fits!! After almost 5 years, I'm still focused, challenged and improving my form under the watchful eyes of two great trainers. My appointments keep me coming consistently, and the small group of 4 women is supportive and fun. At 68, I feel healthy, strong and sleep like a baby!

So much more than a work out studio. The wellness community that has been created here is fantastic. The trainers are so knowledgable and helpful during workouts and the nutritional support is what sets this program apart from other "gyms" I've been to. I love that I am held accountable for reaching my wellness goals and have a team of others (trainers and other clients) there by my side supporting me. As a mom of three it's important that I take care of myself first so I can be my best emotionally and physically, so I can take care of my family. GISFW has provided me with a space and program to do just that.

I have been going to get in shape for many years and Aron and Jenna are great coaches! They both make sure that my trainings are on goals that I need even though I am working out with 3 other women! They care about how I am doing and make sure they take the time each session to see where I am and what are my needs.

Personal Training with Aaron and Jenna has changed my life for the better for the past 3 weeks. They have encouraged me to be the best I can be to get stronger, healthier and more aware of how I fuel my body. The owner, Chris, has been amazing to interact with and listens to all of your concerns or questions as a client. I highly recommend this studio for any woman, not just those looking to lose weight.

I've been a member since 2012 and I absolutely love it here! I've been through many transitions with owners and thus trainers (see older reviews) but I've had the same trainer for over 2 years and she is awesome! My time at the gym is me time and I find that my trainer understands that and really cares. I did the recent 12 week challenge and lost almost 30 pounds and am still losing! There are so many ways to be accountable when not at the gym and we use these tools to keep track of nutrition and exercise. I was never one to stick with a gym but as you can see I have and I'm seeing the results and feeling awesome, which is my main goal! I recommend this gym to all my friends and co-workers!
