Highly recommend this studio for all levels — classes offered in person and online; instructors very knowledgeable with a focus on alignment and modifications appropriate for each body; friendly, low key, welcoming atmosphere.

Today was my first visit to Home Yoga. Great experience! Tabitha was a great instructor and I actually managed a headstand for the first time. Studio was clean and inviting. I’ll be back.

I’ve been taking classes at Home Yoga for two weeks now and have noticed a discernible improvement in my posture and overall range of motion. I wish I had discovered this place sooner. I had done yoga in the past at other studios but this place is so far the best one. I bring my own yoga mat but they have everything you need from straps to blankets and blocks. Kristin is an exceptional and passionate instructor who’s invested in the growth of her clients. I really enjoy her classes because they are well balanced; just when you’re feeling the intense burn from holding a tough pose, and are ready to abandon it, she changes it up to give the body a quick break and then goes right back to challenging you. You then find yourself pulling and twisting yourself in ways where the body fights back, illuminating the fact that your body is much tighter than you had previously imagined. While I’m not a fan of taking classes virtually, Home Yoga offers them for those who can’t make it to the studio. As someone who is still learning the art and nomenclature of yoga, I love that I can go at my own pace. I haven’t taken classes with anyone else but Kristen, though that’s mostly because my schedule has aligned better with Kristen’s class schedule at the moment. That said, I can unequivocally say that this place is the real deal: they are professional, clean, and bona fide practitioners of yoga. I would also like to point out that other men attend classes too, underscoring the fact that yoga is for everyone and Home Yoga does an exceptional job at making me feel included. As a present martial artist and prior bodybuilding enthusiast, I can say that Home Yoga was the missing element in my journey to overcoming and healing new and old injuries. I’m on my way to correcting anterior pelvic tilt (APT) and a torn labrum in my shoulder. In conclusion, this place has a lot to offer. Whole Foods is down the street as well. Parking is free. Not only do they offer an incredible trial offer for new clients, the drop-in rate is only $20. Remember, health is wealth! Namaste

It was one of thd most soothing and comforting classes I have ever been to. I felt so amazing afterword and nurtured! :) Deb was wonderful and there was another woman there that helped out but I don't remember her name

The teacher tailored the class to our needs. She always demonstrated each pose before we did them and shared where and why is was important to the body. I left the class feeling both reinvigorated and relaxed.

Home yoga is amazing. Not only are the instructors incredible, supportive, knowledgeable, kind and encouraging, but the community of practitioners is also so inviting and warm. Home Yoga provides a place of calm and centered focus and is a welcome respite from whatever else may be happening. I fell madly in love with yoga through my experience here - and practicing with them continues to be some of the moments I am most excited for each day. I never knew how many benefits yoga could have - I am so grateful to my teachers and look forward to continuing my practice with their support every step of the way!

Convenient location, friendly people and knowledgeable staff. I love taking the Hatha class with Yoshi, she is such a good instructor. I wish I could attend more frequently than just Saturdays, but the only other Hatha class times are during the day when I'm at work. I'm just not skilled enough to take the flow classes.

The beginners class was exactly what I was looking for. It was my first yoga class ever, and the instructor was super patient with me. All of the moves were explained perfectly. I was completely comfortable and got exactly what I wanted out of the class. I will be back!!
