I need to be "encouraged" to do cardio work (run) for more than 5 minutes. The OTF trainer (Mel) did it perfectly. The interval training approach made the running much more palatable and much more effective fitness-wise. The floor work (weights etc) was also great. I'm gonna go back for more pain !!!

I like that within each group workout, you are working on your own trajectory. Always striving to improve. The feedback on the screens help to hold me accountable so that I am never just phoning it in during a workout.
