I have been a member for a couple of years at Passport Pilates and I have enjoyed my time here. Kathy (the owner) is open to hear your suggestions. The entire teaching staff is patient and extremely nice. This is a great place for everyone from beginner to expert Pilates practitioners.

What an amazing difference to my overall health when pilates strengthened my core. Also no more back pain and plantar fasciitis. There are rowing and TRX classes for a cardio workout also. At Passport Pilates, you get a great workout with a friendly atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and caring.

I didn't think Pilates was going to be all that much of a workout... Ha! I was wrong. The instructors have been giving me great workouts a few times a week and I'm amazed by the progress. I feel stronger and more flexible and have less chronic pain since I began working out here in 2014. All of the instructors are encouraging, positive, thoughtful and flexible. The studio has a wonderful feel and energy.

I have spent 40+ years trying to protect my back from injury and spasms, even though I was always very physically fit. I've had ruptured discs more than once. I even ruptured 5 at one time. I've seen physical therapists, chiropractors, and orthopedic doctors. I've even done mat pilates in the past, but nothing has stabilized my back like the reformer classes at Passport Pilates. I still have a curve in my back, but it is not as severe as it was 2 1/2 years ago when I began. I can't say enough about how this has changed my life. The instructors are awesome. Very careful to make sure you are executing correctly, and very encouraging. I am 60+ years old and feel stronger now than I did 25 years ago. Love this place!

I LOVE Passport Pilates!!! The small studio feel, the professional staff and the flexibility of two locations had me hooked from day one. I've learned how to make my workouts my own. Take ownership and push myself. Kathy and her staff have given me the courage and confidence to become my best fit self, all while basically laying down! Fitness doesn't get any better than this.

Kathy & Mary Beth provide individualized, flexible, creative, client focused classes in at most a small group & always a personable setting. They are experienced & expert at helping clients of varying ages & fitness to improve their health and fitness. As a pilates enthusiast for nearly10 years I long ago stopped experiencing debilitating low back spasms. As a client of Passport Pilates twice weekly, most weeks, for the past 2 years, I have more energy after coming to a class. I have improved my strength, flexibility and sense of self. So glad I found Passport Pilates!

I love Passport Pilates, been a member for three years! The owner and staff are truly knowledgeable about Pilates and take the time to explain, cue and pay individual attention in their small class sizes. True Pilates really does transform your body, and this studio works hard to consistently challenge the client with their workout. Studio is beautiful, staff is professional. Membership well worth it!

After years of running as my primary form of consistent exercise, with some mat Pilates classes at times, about 5 years ago a friend recommended Pilates on the Reformer at Passport Pilates. I immediately found Pilates helped me with all other exercise, such as cross-country and downhill skiing, yoga, running, and my posture, core and back strength. I commit to a schedule of 2 sessions a week, easily managed online. I'm always learning, challenged, and seeing results from the classes I take at Passport Pilates and motivated to return each week. The instructors are challenging, knowledgeable, and well trained. Classes start and end on time without any distractions during class, yet there is a personal instructional approach to each client. Classes are limited to 8 people with the instructor leading the class and moving among the students. The exercises on the Reformer are small, challenging movements that work your whole body. I constantly tout the benefits of Pilates and the wonderful experience and benefits I get at Passport Pilates.

Walking in to Passport Pilates in 2016, one year before hip-replacement surgery was the smartest thing I ever did. I knew NOTHING about Pilates, and with Kathy and Marybeth's expert guidance, welcoming nature, humor, and warmth, within days I was doing things I didn't think possible. My hip surgery was successful, largely because I was in such great shape after a year of Pilates. My recovery was quick, and I experienced very little pain because I was able to do more in the days and weeks right after surgery.Passport Pilates is a great investment in yourself, in your health, and in your future. And having instructors that make you laugh as much as they make you work is a great gift!

I have been attending classes at Passport Pilates for 6 months now. My body has taken on a new shape and my golf game has improved incredibly. Pilates is definitely one of the best workouts I have ever done and Passport is the place to go. Kathy runs a great program. She and her staff make the workout tough but fun. I wish I had found them three years ago when I moved to the area.Susan
