Power Yoga Evoluton

Poor customer service. I had signed up at this place over 4 years ago and attending 1 class. I just recently said to myself "I'd love to try this again, what was that place I went to"? Well I found it and signed up for their introductory offer for $39 and signed up for 3 classes. I received an email the night before from Rob saying that I am not a new member and not eligible for this offer. Ok, I reply back askingfor a curtesy since I had attended one class several years ago, his response is as follows"Hi David,It is great to hear from you. since you last came our over head costs went up 300% and we have hired the best yoga teachers by far in the area. In turn, the prices we offer are different than before. We get requests like this everyday. We have full classes and a full parking lot so our new-client-invitation-discount is for people that have never been here before. please understand you are not the first person i had to decline this offer. I too search for deals, so i know where you are coming from. you have given the studio 39.00. for 39.00 i can give you a discount. with this money i can provide you with 3 classes with any teacher on the schedule. This allows you to try again for a discounted rate and prevents us from new client deal discount over use."First off I am a new customer and your overhead is no concern to me. I am not trying to pull anything over on anyone, if I liked it I would sign up. That simple. There is plenty of competition out there and customer service rates to me as high as the product you're providing. I asked to be refunded and communicated that I would be giving poor customer service reviews. Reaponse was "thanks for your understanding"... HA

My friends pushed me to purchase Power Yoga Evolutions $39 for 30 days of yoga pass to try them out. Im so glad I did! The online class booking process is easy. I think I've met 3 or 4 instructors already and all are different in their practice but all are extremely kind and motivating, especially to me and my group of newbie yogis :)They cheer when we finally hit a pose we've been working on (or when we finally "fly" even if for just a second). We always end up leaving feeling amazing! After the promotional period is done I will definitely purchase classes which are priced reasonably for the area!

BEWARE!!!DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER.Impossible to cancel with them. I have been trying for 4 months to cancel my membership. Would not respond to my emails or phone calls. In dispute with my credit card company now.

I was looking to try a hot yoga class and purchased their special $9 for 9 days of unlimited yoga for new students. I purchased the pass, booked a class, and accidentally slept through my alarm and missed it however, the pass expired because it started the day I "used" it at that class that I missed. I emailed the place twice to see if they could maybe honor it seeing as I never ended up going and I really wanted to try hot yoga but, they never got back to me. I also called and it just rang and rang so, I'm pretty disappointed that they never got back to me especially since it was a measly nine dollars and it was an honest mistake, don't we all sleep in sometimes? Oh well, I'll find another place to try hot yoga!I gave this review 2 stars because as a yoga studio they are fairly priced and I don't believe that they deserved 1 star.
