I was really nervous about going but the staff has been friendly and helpful. My trainer Kayla is very knowledgeable and has pointed me in the right direction. The equipment is easy to use.

The gym is clean and most of the staff is friendly. BUT there is a certain staff member who has an attitude every time I come in. She is rude. I noticed some of the equipment doesn’t work. I’m a out of town visitor and my home planet fitness is way better.

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. If you don't understand something they will take the time out to help you. Most importantly it is very clean. And you feel welcome there not judged at all.

It’s a good atmosphere, people are friendly, staff is great, prices more than reasonable & location perfect for a 1.5 mile warm up walk.

The staff is amazing and helpfull when they say it is a judgment free zone they arnt kidding you will never be judged as long as you are in there the hydro threapy massages are awesome and so are the wonderful massage chairs i could fall asleep in them.

Worst Planet Fitness I have been a member of. I am very disappointed. I run marathons. So I enjoy training with music. However, their WiFi doesn't work. I asked the staff about it. The response I received was not very pleasant. It is clear this is an ongoing issue that is not going to be fixed. To me it's worth paying the buyout fee and going to another gym.

Not a bad place if you are looking for a workout. Very friendly and happy staff. Was a little worried about a lack of equipment, but was pleasantly surprised with the amount of free weights, barbells, and cable machines.

What really drew me to sign up is the option of 24hrs. The free personal training and massage machines are an added bonus. The staff has always been excellent on customer service. A must try is the planet fitness app to help track workouts!! 💪💜💛 …

I have belonged to 4 planet fitness locations in 3 different states. This is BY FAR THE worst the facilities don't have everything but they're clean and alright the customer service at this planet fitness is horrible the workers are very rude and judgemental. I have actually left this location within 5 minutes of arriving because of how uncomfortable I felt.
