I discovered Active Strength because of the Little Black Dress Challenge. I experienced a clean well organized, plenty of up to date equipment gym. The different time slots worked with my busy mom schedule and the group exercises were so helpful. Coach Jesse and his staff are all awesome and positive people. Great place to go and get your workout on and challenge yourself to a healthier lifestyle.

I have really enjoyed working with this group of trainers they're very helpful and patient with all and any health concerns, I have knee problems and still successfully lost 18 lbs so far, they truly want everyone to reach their goals and new way of living. This gym is phenomenal! All of the coaches are truly invested in your success. Whether you are a newbie or a gym rat this place will welcome you with open arms. The group classes are challenging in the best way. There are plenty of opportunities for one on one coaching as well. I highly recommend that you check this place out!

This gym saved me from joining the lame gyms that have no life! Active Strength is a gym that will change you and mold you into the person you used to be or want to be. I did the challenge and now I plan to join as a regular. Thanks to all coaches for the inspiration to do the very best I can!

I was nervous about joining a gym because I haven't worked out in years but the trainers was very helpful with helping me reach goals, and help me with my nutrition so I could maintain my goals. The atmosphere of the gym is on point everyone is so welcoming and encouraging each other and I always leave in a good mood
