Always clean, always met with smiling faces. Very impressed with the level of dedication to clean equipment the staff has here. Still very happy to workout here! They continue bring in quality staff, equipment is well taken care of!

Pretty lame they close at 10PM, even earlier on Saturday & Sunday. Lobby is way too big, could be cut in half to improve the cramped free weights area.

This reflects on any Planet Fitness. They do not offer any kind of digital cancelation in this day and age- which is a poor practice. Corporate Office is full of people who don't have any answers and are unwilling to talk to you and are condescending. This place is a scam, watch your wallets.

Decent Planet fitness but they don't have as many people on staff as others. The people that do work there are often standing behind the counter looking at their phones instead of cleaning.I guess the owners haven't read my original review because nothing has changed.This is an update from my original review.I have given another star because now they have staff that cleans and are more attentive.I would wish they would extend the free weight area into the massive lounge area that no one uses.

extremely rude & unhelpful staff team. I have been coming to planet fitness for almost 10 years & never encountered people who seem to hate their job more than this location. It’s one thing not having ever worked customer service, but no excuse ever to be rude for no reason at all. there might be 2 employees here that actually greet you, most will either stare at you & stare at their phones. It takes nothing to even just give a smile. I have avoided complaining mostly because i have never seen a club manager here & clearly the staff gets a way with a lot. but recently when i actually needed assistance i could not believe how the employee handled it. to make it worse the next day dealing with an even worse employee with a horrible attitude & no respect at all. My fiancé and I can’t be the only ones seeing/experiencing this. Whoever oversees the club needs to seriously address how this staff behaves or move them to where they don’t have to interact with club members. it makes it so hard to want to come in to this location when these interactions easily spoil your day.

So far, so good! Bailey was super helpful in showing me around. I haven't been to a gym in a long time and I felt pretty comfortable. The only reason I am docking a star is because they don't have classes right now, which I was really looking forward to. Hopefully, those will come back soon!
