I started Hotworx and really love the atmosphere and reception when you walk in. I also enjoy the feeling of relaxation you get from the heat & refreshing feeling you have from the sweating while in the sauna. This is a new start, and a new beginning in my life.

The staff here is top notch! Always greeted with a warm hello and even helped me and my daughter out with a mat when we forgot ours at home! Honestly, I am so glad this is the center my daughter and I decided to join!!!

The workouts are repetitive and don't change very often. It's difficult to make any real progress when you're doing the same workout for weeks/months on end and training the same muscles in the same poses each time. The lack of variation makes it difficult to commit to going to the gym especially if you're someone that likes to feel the effort you're putting into a workout. The repetitive workouts make it quick and easy for your muscles to get to get too used to the activities you're doing and after going almost every day consistently for 2 months I had no progress from these and didn't feel any stronger. My balance improved slightly but that was due to muscle memory from repeating the same workouts over and over again.I can do repetitive workouts at home. The entire point to me getting the membership was to have a different type of workout to cross train between my weight lifting and other activities to avoid repetitive workouts. When you cancel your membership you are forced to go into the gym and cancel and you have to give them a 90-day notice, so you end up paying for 2 months of a membership that you don't want to use.Had I known that I would have been forced to come into the gym to cancel I would have never even signed up. I even have written notes from the day that I signed up saying that I could call and cancel at any point but I would be responsible the 90-day notice period. I don't know if I was given the wrong info or if they changed policies and didn't notify everyone but that was annoying. Inconviencing people who want to cancel a gym membership by forcing them to come in is a red flag, I've never had good experiences with gyms that force that on their clients.

The first gym membership I ever had and I’m so glad I committed to it. There’s nothing quite like sweating it out in a sauna. I value the dedicated time for myself. There’s also always lots of opportunities to win prizes and get discounts!

Worst experience ever dealing with a gym. I lost over 100 pounds prior to signing up for this in hopes of learning how to do yoga and Pilates. The videos are so fast you cant keep up. The bad news is they don’t refund your money on all the expensive equipment that you had to purchase upfront, make sure you try it before you buy it because they will not give your money back if you can’t keep up. I have spoken to the manager and they do not give refunds, even though I paid for three months in advance. If they want this negative review removed they just have to give back the money for the 2 months I did not use.

Had my first workout today and joined. KayLee showed me around the gym, explained everything in detail, including the membership terms and cancellation. She made sure it was clear and that I understood.I love the little sauna pods. The 15 & 30 minute workouts are perfect, I also love having the option to do free weights and then a sauna workout after with some stretching or a HIIT workout then stretching in the sauna ♥️ and the 24 hour access is bonus!!
