Great way to stay in shape. Coach Steve is the best trainer / comedy this side of the Mississippi.

Love this gym, the staff, and my peers who all motivate me to keep pushing and improving myself. The workouts and music are great!

So far I have really enjoyed this gym. The coaches are highly energetic and the workouts are always changing. Lots of class times and easy to get into all of the class times. Also, they are open 7 days a week which is nice if you miss a workout during the week.

The only thing better than the workout is the community! You can modify any part of the workout to fit your abilities so it is always just the right challenge for you!

The best OTF studio I’ve been to, each coach is knowledgeable and personable, and everyone at the studio pushes you to be the best you. Go questions, they will find you the answers.

I have been doing Orangetheory for 4 years. We really enjoy coming to the Lees Summit OT the staff and coaches are super!! Give it a try you will not get a better workout!!

As a plus size person, I never thought I’d feel comfortable in a gym. Orangetheory is more than just a place I workout, it is a family. We hype each other up and are there for our biggest achievements. The coaches and staff are amazing and it is worth every penny.

This place is amazing! If you are looking for a great workout, amazing coaches and wanting to make a few friends…run do not walk to OTF! I have been going here for almost 3 years and enjoy every workout. The community of this gym is the best in Lees Summit!

Orangetheory is such a great workout. A workout template in 3 stations with coaches guiding you along the way. I’m someone who needs to be told what exercises are needed for the workout. What sets the studio in Lee’s Summit apart from other locations are the coaches and studio staff. They’re going to learn your name and are always welcoming. The coaches are going to encourage you and push you to better yourself. If there’s something you can’t do, there’s a modification for that and the coaches are great in recommending modifications and stretches. If you’re looking for a change in pace or just wanting to get moving, check them out.

I haven't loved a gym this much since Title Boxing. OTF LS coaches are top notch and always go above and beyond to help each and every member! Each workout is different so I never get bored! I recently missed a week and Coach Steven came to me and made sure everything was okay! They truly care about each member and genuinely want to help you get to where you want to be! Give them a shot! First class is free!!
