I am very sad to hear about the way that one of the trainers was treated by new management at Aurora. This trainer there was the reason for working out at this facility.New management let him go without notice unless he signed their non-compete agreement. Which of course he didn’t as all trainers have clients outside of the gym.Very very disappointing. Terribly unprofessional and I will be canceling my membership ASAP.

I put my account on hold in February 2020 and asked that it get picked back up in October when the weather changed. In March and April 2020 they closed due to Covid and didn’t charge anyone b/c the doors were closed. In May when they opened back up they started withdrawing from my account again without my permission. I didn’t catch it until September and they refused to refund me my money. They said there was nothing on my account stating I called to cancel. I can show them the day and time I called when I canceled from my phone records. They only refunded me 1 month and told me it was my fault for not catching it sooner. But for 2 months after I requested to put my membership on hold I didn’t get charged, so I assumed it was all taken care of. Very bad business.

Todd put me on hold for over 16 minutes for no reason (I was still on hold typing this review 🤣🙄) I am recording my screen to document the duration of my needless hold. Todd was curt with me, interrupted me, and refused to let me explain why I am cancelling my membership. He lacks common sense and professionalism. Liberty Hospital owns this center which might explain Todd. I liked the staff at one of the clinics; however, I am not impressed with treatments given to a family member. I wouldn't recommend Liberty Hospital or this "wellness" center whatsoever. Sadly, in the event of an emergency, my family will leave Liberty and go elsewhere.
