I dropped in this week and had a chance to workout a few times. Eric is a wonderful coach and has created a great community. Next time I’m in town I will definitely drop in again!

Had a chance to drop in this week while visiting family. Great coaching, community, and programming. We would definitely join this gym if we lived in the area!

I wanted to wait a few months before writing a review but I could have written this after the first few intro sessions and it would have been the same 5 stars. The experience has been consistently positive, supportive, challenging, and fun, even in the wee hours of the morning. While I am not thrilled to get up in time for the 5:30am class, I am always glad I did once I get there and leave after a good workout with an awesome group of early risers. This was my first time joining a gym, CrossFit or otherwise, and I appreciated the initial "intake" consultation with Eric (owner and coach) and his recommendation that I start with 4 one-on-one sessions to learn the ropes of some basic movements/equipment. From there, you jump right into the regular classes with everyone else. I was a bit nervous and self-conscious at first, but even when showing up for the one-on-one sessions at the end of other classes, the regular members were super friendly and welcoming - it's easy to feel at home from Day 1.My key takeaways for anyone considering joining (particularly non-CrossFit folks/newcomers) or visiting while in town are:1) The owner/coach and other coaches are great - knowledgeable, supportive, and personable.2) The smaller class sizes (typically 10 or less) allow for individualized instruction too (you get the best of both worlds - working out with a group but regular personalized feedback throughout).3) You never feel ashamed or embarrassed at where you are in your fitness journey. While it can be tempting to compare yourself to others, I have learned to adopt the mindset that I am really only competing with one person, myself - to get a little better each time and see progress over the long run. But sure there are competitive challenges you can participate in and we'll do some fun head-to-head warm-ups now and again. The big factor in this "welcoming of all skill levels" atmosphere is the coaches' emphasis on scaling/modifying the day's workout to meet people where they are, be it in ability or injury recovery. And it that wasn't enough to convince you, you get to hit a train horn at the end of your first official workout (see the name/logo as to why) and it's loud AF...

Hands down the best gym in the Lexington, Richmond area. The facility is great and the people are super nice and friendly. The coaches are some of the best I’ve seen at any gym and are not just knowledgeable, but constantly seeking to improve themselves and the athletes at this gym. When I’m checking out a new gym I always ask myself , would I be comfortable sending my mother to train here? And the answer is absolutely yes at CrossFit Conductor!

I cannot say enough good things about Crossfit Conductor. No matter your age, skill abilities, size... we are a diverse community and it is what makes this Crossfit so Unique and so Special. I come and look forward to going for the laughs as much as the workout!I've been into fitness my whole life and belong to every gym in Lexington at some point and time. When I joined Crossfit Conductor 1 year ago, I was 10lbs heavier and debating on shoulder surgery. Today I am in the best shape of my life, I'm learning proper alignment when lifting and no longer need to have surgery. I love this community and Coach Eric is the best coach out there!

Found CrossFit conductor on instagram and they welcomed me with open arms to do the open workout after they had already completed it the day prior. They are very welcoming and it’s a awesome facility. The coach was super awesome and gave great advice. I’d definitely recommend this gym to anybody looking for a good workout with awesome people. I’ll be back!

Great box! Dropped in while on a business trip. Eric is a great coach and the regulars were extremely welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed the WOD and appreciated Eric catering to my affinity for 80's thrash metal during the 530am session - really started my day off right.🤘😛🤘 …

Dropped into this little gem while out of town. First year competing in the open and emailed a bunch of gyms in the area to see where my fit would be. Eric’s response and follow up with client care let me know i’d found where I belonged while away from my home box. Coach and judge support was incredible. They were personable, well informed and able to meet all your concerns. The box itself was SUPER CLEAN, well laid out and great equipment.Whether you are looking for a new box or a home away from home, this is the place. Thanks for an incredible introduction to the CrossFit games and the KY hospitality.

Great community for all skill levels. This is a smaller gym which typically only hosts around 10 people per class. The smaller classes allows for a community feel and you get personal coaching throughout the workout.Eric has been outstanding by welcoming us to the city and introducing us to Crossfit. He does personal sessions to get you familiar with the movements before you jump into the group classes. We were both familiar with most of the movements but found the one on one sessions beneficial to refine movements and increase their efficiencies. You can sign up for the classes up to a week in advance so you know what you are getting into. This is the first gym like this that I have gone to. I have really enjoyed my experience and would recommend it for all skill levels.

Hands down the best gym I’ve ever had a membership with! Eric (owner and coach) is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging!! The community feeling in this gym makes all my gym anxiety melt away. All members and coaches are some of the nicest people I have ever met. It’s a judgement free zone and all athletic abilities are welcome. I’ve been a member for over a year and signing up for a membership was one of the best things I did for my mental and physical health. Don’t hesitate to check this place out, you won’t regret it!
