Staff are very friendly. Warm, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a great workout, and having the constant feedback on your heart rate is a good motivator. Highly recommend OTF.

Just show up ready to work hard, eat right every day, and try to make it here 3 days a week. Everything is already planned for you and it’s never the same. Each coach is fun and exciting and I always leave feeling better than when I got there. Don’t undo the work you do in here by eating like trash and I’m telling you this will be the best part of your weekly routine you wish you’d known about sooner thanks

Great experience. First class I pushed myself too hard and one of the other participants helped me get back up and finish the workout (thanks Jess!). Truly supportive, great coaches, great workout. Made it through my second class with no issues. Looking forward to the next one!!

I love how the workouts are different everyday! I love the coaches and how they cheer you on and walk you through each exercise, and just how personable they are to make it feel like a big family.

I joined this overpriced place and after I signed and paid they told me it would be an additional $5 a day to use the heart monitor. This would be $150 if I went every day making it $300 a month. I will attend without a heart monitor now. I was tricked.They should of told me that upfront.

I looked in the mirror with disappointment for the last time! My mind and body had become so out of shape. How could I have let that happened? At that moment I knew I had to take control. I called my strength coach daughter in Colorado and asked for help. She suggested Orangetheory Fitness and said the total body work out would change my metabolism, increase energy and guarantee weight loss. I was in!!!My first class was great! The combination of rowing, treadmill and strength training made for a hard and fulfilling workout. I liked how your progress is tracked. Coach Alli was energetic, knowledgeable and encouraging without making you feel bad about yourself! Working out with others doing the same thing as you helped to not give up.
