Really awesome gym for lifting. It can get crowded but it is the only good gym left in town except for Toyota but you need special requirements to join that one.Clean, comprehensive shower, never worried about stolen items in cubbies, clean machines, the members don't re rack a lot of times would be my only complaint. But that is not the gyms fault. Skip Planet Fitness and pay the extra for this 24/7 gym. I ALWAYS got awesome results using their facility.I see some said owner is rude. He seemed to the point. I always had great CS at the gym but I rarely needed their help. It is a gym, once you pay you are supposed to be on your own. The machines are always working, plenty of towels for cleaning. I never had anyone be rude. It is a gym, you get high school to middle age there, there is bound to be an overheard convo about something someone will find inappropriate. I felt at home there. If you never lifted, you will likely be totally lost, though. Get a trainer. Their machines are quality brand but a LOT of them, you will need help learning how to use the equipment.

Went in there to get a membership, stood at the desk for 15 minutes and no employee showed, every time I've called no one has picked up and the number doesn't have a voicemail set up.

This gym is alright, though the Frankfort branch is definitely the nicer of the two. As a Trainer, I wouldn't recommend this location to new folks though. There are a handful of really quality folks that go here, but expect to overhear your share of racist, fat-shaming, hate-fueled small talk. The cardio equipment and backroom is super nice, but expect some dated machines.However, if you're experienced and looking for somewhere to put in headphones and crank out a workout, this place gets the job done.

Love this gym, everyone does their own thing and no one bothers you while you get reps in. The owner is awesome and it's affordable.Update I'm now months in and still feel the same way no changes as far as satisfaction go.

I have been working out at Elite Fitness 5 days a week for the last 5 years except during the COVID closure period. The owner/operations mgr, Steve maintains a consistently high level of cleanliness, safety and attention to detail that makes Elite a satisfying workout experience for everyone on a 24/7 basis. In addition, the gym is constantly being updated including an entire addition several years ago and more recently an complete replacement of the cardio equipment and dumbells. The atmosphere at Elite is very welcoming to everyone whether you are a newbie or advanced athlete. The icing on the cake are the group classes included in the membership that are managed by Vanessa who is an amazingly dedicated, knowledgeable and encouraging personal trainer who has taught me a ton of training tips over the years. Since we are moving out of state I will miss not only the gym but the friendly people i have met. There is no other gym in the area that can match Elite Fitness.Bill Renn

Never left a review of a place until this place. Great gym, always clean, and great workers. Always nice. Wish there was a gym like this in my hometown to go to since I won’t be living around here anymore. (If you don’t have a set plan make sure you buy the key card to get 24/7 access. One time fee and it was great for me.)

Key fob is not included with price additional $25.Don’t forget the locker( wooden cubbie) fee that will come out in December additional $25. You can only do busy with them between 8am-2pm and if you need anything else F you deal with it! Not worth your time! Don’t worry they won’t get back with you. Don’t bring your family all you need is your creepy feeling because that all this place has. Still waiting on a refund for a membership I never could use but the own will maybe get back to you

One of my favorite gyms of all time small but has everything you need to get fit. Including a sauna... Very clean and friendly
