I'm a big yoga fan but lately I've been trying to save money and do yoga at home with youtube videos. Then a friend invited me to try out Wildfire Yoga and I signed up for their intro promo where you can try a lot of classes and instructors for thirty days. I found several teachers that I really liked who gave really specific prompts for adjustments to alignment and I found that I was getting more out of basic poses that I usually just blow through. All the classes I visited were approachable but also offered the option of challenges, and there was a good variety of options to match your mood or energy level. And I felt that I worked harder and relaxed more deeply in a class setting. I definitely recommend it.

I enjoy the heated yoga classes, I think Kelli and Kylie both teach in a style that works for me - focusing on form and fundamentals but also inspiring. I feel more connected to my body after class and I look forward to trying other classes.
