I have been a member since 2016 not long after they opened on Richmond Road. It is a wonderful place to work out. As a woman in her early 70's now, I credit OTF and my personal trainer for keeping me healthy and moving easily. I can attend almost anywhere when traveling and always get a quality experience. Research shows increasing your heart rate at least 150 minutes a week can greatly decrease your chance of dementia and exercise also maintains bone strength.

Amazing place to work out! I've been a member at this Orange Theory location since it opened. Over the past four months, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Every staff member at the desk is friendly and competent, the bathrooms are clean, the equipment is fantastic, and every coach is extremely energetic and seems to have a deep, genuine care for each member's fitness journey. I couldn't recommend this location enough. Do yourself a favor and join as soon as you can!

Orange theory is a money hungry scam. Make sure you read the fine print because they will tell you one thing and have you sign another. The staff acts confused while signing you up so they can prey on people who believe what they are told while they up-sell. They do not care as long as they get you locked into as much as possible, because they know they won’t be able to retain customers. This is an avoid at all costs business. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

Definitely works. If on the fence, give it a month. You will notice a difference. Been going for four months now. Gets addictive.
