-Great owner who is also a Personal Fitness Trainer and bodybuilder.- Small box gym, but facility has enough equipments for 30 to 45 minute workouts.-Other qualified, certified trainers available- 2 restrooms and 1 shower facility available-Parking convenient.

My husband and I came to Personal Best Fitness Studio last March (2013) after working with another trainer in the area. We found success with Angela and have been training 3x a week with her since. Angela keeps our training interesting, challenging and results have come through the hard work.
