Sora Arial Arts is amazing. My confidence in myself was boosted immediately by the classes I took and the teachers who instructed them. The owner, Jessica, runs an amazing studio and cares about each student. I was so confident in them, that I started sending my daughter to them to learn aerial silks. The way they interact with the youth is profound. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and answer my 1000 questions. This studio is for every skill level.

Sora is the best place. All of the instructors I've had are amazing and the studio offers wonderful workshops. I've only been attending classes for a year but it's like my home away from home. I can't imagine going without being on these silks.

This is by far my favorite gym that I've attended. I was really intimidated to go to my first pole class, but the instructors and other students were so encouraging. I will admit that both pole and silks classes were a struggle for me at first, but I am so thankful that I stuck with it and have started to build the strength necessary to improve. I now spend many hours a week at Bella taking pole, silks, dance and other fitness classes. I am so thankful that I decided to go to my first class and could not imagine a better environment to build strength, confidence and some pretty great friendships.

If you don't like "going to the gym" then this is the place for you. I have never been one for repetitive workouts, they just don't keep my attention. Whether you take pole, silks, lyra, yoga, or any of the other myriad of fitness and dance classes you will find that no two classes are alike. Plus I really like that there are so many instructors to choose from with very different styles and teaching methods.I've tried a little bit of everything and as someone who is not fitness-model physique, but more of your average size 14 I have always felt accepted. The studio has helped me improve my body image tremendously. I have gained tone and muscle that I never thought possible. Plus I have found an inner confidence and sexiness I'm just now tapping into in my late 30's.

Bella Forza Fitness is, quite literally, my happy place. It's not just a gym - it's an awesome community that is accepting, welcoming, encouraging, challenging, and fun! Until I joined BFF, I had never found a workout that 'stuck' - I tried running, weights, spin - nothing made me excited to go workout. Almost a year later, I'm still at BFF constantly and I love it! Aerials make working out fun and the fitness classes are constantly updating so there's always a new challenge!TRY BELLA FORZA. You won't regret it! :)
