I went in and got a workout regiment with the personal trainer(thanks Casey). It's a judgement free zone, I'm comfortable there and I love it.

Customer service was awful!!! The young man at the front desk rolled his eyes and talk about me & my friend under his breathe while we were standing there trying to explain how I've tired to cancel my membership for a year. The store manger called me and told me there was nothing he could do for me its all about policy. Policy isn't the only thing that matters when you are extremely rude to your paying customers that keep your business doors open. I would never recommend anyone go there very unprofessional and they have no regard's to people's hard earned money!!!

I love this gym!! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The facility I always clean and in good shape. If I ever have any questions about my workouts The staff are very knowledgeable and will take time out to help if they can!!

They charge your acct without permission. Very bad with communication and disrespectful set of people. Not professional at all. Beware before you sign up with them.

I opened a membership here this time last year and unfortunately didn’t get the chance to visit due to COVID and not being comfortable going to gyms. Went today to cancel since I’m still not comfortable going to gyms and no one was wearing masks, not even the employee. COVID isn’t over, masks should be worn so be cautious as they likely are not being sanitary.

Called when COVID happened to cancel our membership and they explained all memberships were going to be placed on hold and not billed. I explained I wanted to cancel due to COVID and that my husband was laid off and we had to move out of the area. It was a long conversation with all that was happening and they had to close their doors due to the Governor. Not paying attention to billing they continued to bill, then wouldn't refund. Everyone is out for the money. I have opened a fraud case with the bank and will continue to fight until I get my money back. Being a business over, I give 100's of dollars a year back. I would rather a nice review rather then one that shows greed.

Well priced and convenient. Open 24/7. Not crowded at all. All the machines you need as a Lift weighter and dumbells up to 100lbs.
