Horrible gym and awful management. They will go out of their way to make canceling your membership as difficult as possible. I highly recommend joining elsewhere and avoiding this scam.Response to Joel: I joined at the Central location and had all club access. Thanks for providing the literature. My point is Blue Moon specifically goes out of its way to make the cancellation process as difficult as possible. When signing up I verbally asked the employee what the cancellation process is and they assured me it was very simple and immediate. It would be good business to be clear when signing people up. Might help with these bad reviews and you wouldn’t have to try to justify anything.Hope this helps somehow. If you want more clarity feel free to pull my number from the system and give me a call.

All of the staff...everyone are so knowledgeable, considerate, and responsible. Cole totally leads and cares about every member experience. All of the equipment works great and all of the members are so friendly. Worth every moment of your time to come and work out after a long day of work. Come see for yourself they will make it worth your while.....Brooks

Came in and canceled my membership, however, they continued to charge me for the next seven months. Would not recommend.

You get what you pay for. The women’s only area was a big appeal for me until I realized that it was just a bunch of cardio machines and resistance machines, hardly any free weights, no squat rack or deadlift platform, or bench for bench press/hip thrust set up (the things women would actually like to do without men watching). There’s no decent place to set up for hip thrusts, or an ab floor workout where you aren’t in someone’s way. I usually walk out feeling frustrated and like I wasn’t able to do my full workout because there’s very few squat racks/smith machines and one vertical leg press, which are often completely monopolized during the time I’m available to go to the gym. The only reason I continue with gym rather than elsewhere is the proximity to my home, about a 5 minute drive.

Was a member for about a year, if you love paying tons of hidden fees, paying a high membership fee for equipment you can’t even use, and little to no equipment then you’ll love this place. Stay away and sign up at a better gym. Editing this to add some more about my insanely unpleasant experience with this gym since the owner replied and tried to pretend he’s not running a scam. There are multiple hidden fees upon signing up, a perfect example of one you will never hear about from any of the employees but you get to pay a nice $50 fee which is apparently an “annual fee” and if you want to cancel your membership guess what? That’s another $50! Yeah, as I stated previously stay far away from this gym. I made the smart decision and called my bank and just blocked all transactions from this place because they absolutely don’t deserve a dime of my money.

If there less than one Starr I would give, so me and my wife signed up for a weekly membership and am paying for it, yesterday we both have been charged for an amount of $41.87 when I contacted them, they saidthis is for annual fees, I told them that I never been informed and they said they are sorry, no refund even though, in case I want to cancel the membership, I have to pay cancelations fees!!!!? Is that fair blue moon of Lincoln??Update.I canceled my membership ship January 28th and still having them withdraw from my bank account, when I asked them about it they said after canceling your membership, you will still have access for the gim for one month and you will be charged for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Have you ever seen such a kind of steal for your money??
