I love the downtown Fly location. It's the perfect location for a workout followed by coffee, lunch or happy hour with friends! You can feel the energy as soon as you walk through the doors. The atmosphere is fun, the instructors are challenging, the community is supportive and uplifting. I leave every workout feeling stronger, more positive and filled with confidence!

I love going to Fly Fitness. The instructors are so nice and welcoming. I never feel judged when walking into fly. If you are someone who feels embarrassed or not as confident when you go to a gym then you should try fly. The women are empowering and have helped me with my confidence so much!

Fly is hands down the best beat-based cycle + strength studio in Nebraska! So good that I will gladly drive an hour to attend class! The instructors, staff and clients are so welcoming to new riders and their facilities are top notch. I especially love the cycle classes and the cycle room - dark and loud! The classes are challenging but the instructors (and other riders) are your biggest cheerleaders and the energy is contagious. I love that Jenni, Morgan and other riders/instructors go out of their way to make you feel a part of the community from day one. Highly recommend Fly - it is just pure magic!

Fly is everything you need in your life! It’s the energy, the music and the community for me. It’s the 45 minutes where you can disconnect in order to reconnect. It’s the themed classes and song choices. It’s the instructors who hype you up. It’s the people you meet and the relationships you build. It’s the classes that seem more like a party than a workout. It’s the way I walk out and feel like I’ve accomplished so damn much. From the time you walk in you are surrounded by an unbelievable and knowledgeable staff, incredible instructors and people who will lift you up and I promise you’ll never look at another gym the same again.

I love working out a fly downtown (nolnk). My faves are the Wednesday and Friday fusion classes at noon with Lisa and Morgan, respectively as well as anything on Saturday mornings with Alex! Classes are superbly taught and always welcoming!

When I was new to Lincoln, Fly was one of the first places I felt at home, despite my fear over whether fitness classes were for me. Every single person in the building is wonderful. Great place to start or end a day.

I've been going to Fly for about 5 years now and can honestly say it was the best decision I've ever made! 5 years is a very long time to stick with something; let alone actually love and get excited to go. Each class leaves me inspired, challenged, refreshed and quite frankly, out of breath :) It's a place I've found I can release everything that's going on in the world and fully be free. The instructors are INCREDIBLE and truly care about you. It's not about looks at Fly -- it's about feeling STRONG mentally and physically. It's about showing up and growing! The rest is all just a bonus. It's insanely rare to find. Thank you Fly for the unbelievable impact you've had on me and so many others. Wings Out!

The community is so welcome here and the instructors bring the energy in every class. They have been so kind and encouraging since the moment I stepped into the studio. I feel at home and sense of peace when I’m here and looking forward to meeting many more people and creating more memories. The instructors speak life and push us to get better each time. Whole they encourage us to stretch our comfort zones, they allow us to be flexible with our limits and do what we need to do to stay safe and get in a good workout.More of an experience than just a place!

I had such an awesome experience with this business. Particularly with Wendy in her Barre class. I was only in town for three weeks and hadn't done Barre in years, Wendy really made me feel comfortable with where I was at and I looked forward to class during my time here. I'm sad there isn't a fly fitness where I live and that I didn't have a chance to try their other classes.
