First, I would like to say that Fly is like no other fitness facility I've been to. Yes, the facilities are top of the line (see second part of this review for a more detailed description of the space!), but it's really the community aspect of Fly that makes it truly one of a kind. The classes truly are GROUP fitness classes... you feel like you are working together with the other participants and instructor towards a common goal, whether it's your first class at Fly or your 500th. Yes, the workouts are going to kick your butt, but with motivational instructors and the amazing music, you always walk out feeling accomplished and excited for the next time you get to go back.Now, the facilities: Upon entering Fly, you are greeted by a welcoming front desk staff. The facilities are very modern and always clean. There is a boutique in the front that sells the cutest athletic wear as well as a mezzanine above the boutique space to hang out between classes. Fly is primarily for group fitness classes: barre, cycling, HIIT, and yoga (although they offer private Pilates sessions as well as open gym times). Classes are usually 45 minutes long, but some classes are only 30 minutes and some as long as an hour. There are three rooms for classes: the barre/yoga room with a barre, mirrors all around, and mats for up to 18 participants; the cycling room with 34 bikes, and the HIIT/gym room, with treadmills, steps, TRX bands, free weights, and other various fitness equipment. Fly also provides cycling shoes for patrons who may not have their own pair. Additionally, there are changing areas, private showers (with all the soap/shampoo/towels you would need), and restrooms. The facility also provides cubbies to store you bags and shoes during classes.As far as pricing + class times, it's all on their website. They do offer deals/promos every once in a while, so watch for those. Students also get a great discount here. You can sign up and pay for classes online to ensure your spot, or drop in and see if there's a spot open.

I have been part of FLY from the beginning... if you want to be empowered to be your best and surrounded by a fitness community that is MORE than the physical... you should walk in the door!

I go to Fly for Jenny's cycling classes. The space has a great vibe with awesome music that helps me forget I'm getting an intense workout

All the instructors push you to better yourself every day, it's such a positive, uplifting environment, you will always leave Fly with positive energy, ready to take on the rest of the day (even after a killer workout)! It's like no gym you've ever been to and it's more than worth your time to check it out, believe me you won't regret it!

I love the location and atmosphere and the people are very friendly. Most importantly the work outs are amazing - I've tried all 4 - spin, barre, yoga, Hiit - my favorites being spin and Hiit. I found doing Hiit once or twice a week made me a faster runner and sped up my marathon pace. Thanks for the great classes!

I love the community Fly has created! I have been attending since they opened in 2015 and could not imagine going somewhere else. Plus the the workouts are killer and the facilities are top notch!

I started at Fly the day they opened in November 2015, and have been thrilled every day since! Jenni & Co have created a unique, uplifting, and high performing community in downtown Lincoln. Love it!

Fly is the only thing I am willing to wake up at 5 in the morning for, it is that addicting. The most amazing instructors, teaching the most kick ass classes. Fly will change your life.
