This is an amazing experience! I have extremely high blood pressure, but using float therapy has lowered it to a doctor pleasing range. Everyone here is so incredibly accommodating. My old body looks forward to every visit and my ADHD mind craves the release! For me, this place is a must and I love it!

I positively loved this!! I loved the float- I felt the tension just melt away!! The yoga was amazing - the instructor was especially helpful and knowledgable and I must say the sauna afterwards relaxed all the muscles I just stretched. It is exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly and eager to help. I would recommend this experience for anyone!!!

I have always had great experiences at Lost in Float in Lincoln, NE.The facility is very clean, well maintained. Atmosphere is calming and positive. Staff are always kind and knowledgeable.

Great place. Friendly staff and the cleanest float center I have EVER been too. Iv been to float tanks in CA and WA and Boston. This was the best experience iv had.

This place is awesome! And so cleeaan! They have great yoga classes there as well as the main thing they do: Floating, which has become a regular part of my routine. It helps me decompress physically and mentally and I look forward to it every week!!

The most calming environment to float in. I've never felt more like a new person from coming out of a float. Also LOVE LOVE the yoga classes in person and on zoom if I can't make it into the yoga studio on time. The yoga instructors are so accommodating no matter the level of yoga you are at.
