My husband and I had our very first float today. It was a very great experience. The place is SUPER clean and beautiful gives an great vibe and welcoming effect. I had no idea what I was getting into but my husband's friend Jesse Butterfield suggested this place. He is a very AWESOME person and benefits this place. We also had a tour from another person who was WONDERFUL. I can not remember his name. He was very nice, very informative, respectful. It put me at ease after he told us how it works and what we do before and after. Jesse also informed us on when is the best time to eat, for us women to not shave right before the float or day of, and to keep an open mind but to just enjoy and relax! I definately reccomend this I will be going back to try my first Cryotherapy!

Lincoln has needed one of these for a long time! Floating is incredible! And YOGA makes me feel soooooo good! I now do yoga regularly and it has helped my flexibility, my back pain and my sleep! Floating after yoga is like having bananas in your cereal!

This was my first time at lost in float. It was something I've heard about and read about but never done. The staff was super friendly when answering questions on the phone. When we arrived the staff there was very friendly and welcoming. Since it was our first time they took us on a short tour of the facility. They then showed us the rooms we would be floating in. It was very nice and personal touch when we saw that they had written our names on the door. They did a great job of explaining the process and steps to floating. They also were very informative on its benefits! I definently recommend people to try this. It's a very peaceful and relaxing experience!

First time in a float. It was great. I got a tour and in-detail explanation on how everything worked. Made me feel very comfortable. Feel so relaxed afterwards. Can't wait for my next one!
