Yoga has been a part of my life off and on for many years, but it wasn't until I stepped into Studio 4:8 almost 9 years ago that yoga began to impact me not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I'd done the videos at home and even worked up the courage to take a couple classes at a few big name studios. Nothing made me feel complete, rejuvenated, and closer to God like Studio 4:8. There was no judgment, no pressure to be the perfect yogi or have the perfect yoga gear, no cliques, no competition. It's all about you and God. The instructors are incredible and make you feel right at home, which is what this studio feels like… coming home. You walk in the door, kick off your shoes, and plop down on a mat for “you time”. This is no ordinary yoga studio. This is a place to meet friends, escape the stresses of life, move your body, and connect with God.I could list all the ways yoga and Studio 4:8 has benefited me, but the one thing that has been impacted the most has been my relationship with God. I came to the studio broken and on the fence with my faith. I didn't go to church, embarrassed that I might not do it “right” because of my inexperience and lack of knowledge. I literally did not talk to anyone about my stumbling journey to learn about Jesus, because I was ashamed that it had taken me so long to reach this place. All I knew is that I wanted Him in my life. Bonnie and Studio 4:8 became the first stepping stones on the path to coming out of my “faith closet”. Through this studio and these amazing people I've learned that it's OKAY to be messy....both on the mat and spiritually. That it’s ok to fall down and get back up. That I’m perfectly imperfect.

The best yoga experience! I started at Studio 4:8 in December 2019 on a student membership and never left. It's a wonderful age-and-stage diverse community. You're welcomed as you are, and it won't be long before everyone knows your name. I love that nobody cares which brand of leggings you wear or what mat you bring. It's an authentic community through and through. Every instructor is my favorite, and the owner is one heck of a woman. So many good things!

Been attending yoga classes at Studio 4:8 for over six years. It has become my sacred place! I cannot say enough good things about Bonnie, the teachers, and this community. Attending Studio 4:8 classes helps me take care of myself and in doing so, I can take care of others and be mindful of their needs.

I have been to some restorative classes and enjoy the inspirational readings. I leave feeling refreshed and have some great stretches that my body needed. The sound bath session is an awesome experience and some Hands-On massage and adjustments feel great. My wife and I enjoy going to together.

Best yoga studio in town! Calm and relaxing setting, great location and an array of classes to choose from. I love that they have private Soundbath and Reiki sessions too. Perfect for my busy schedule.

Studio 4:8 is more than a place where I go to do yoga. It's a place where my health goals are supported and encouraged. This is very important to me as a person with disabilities. With severe knee pain, issues with my hands, neck and back I knew that finding a place where I could exercise without causing an injury was very important. A friend urged me to try Restorative Yoga. When I went for the first time I was terrified, thinking I would be out of place or unable to do what I was asked to do. That didn't happen! I was met with love and compassion! The instructors helped me to know how to listen to my body, select classes that would help me most and lean into healing. I now have a very personalized practice and attend 4 to 6 classes each week. My body can do things I never imagined it could! My doctors are thrilled! I am part of a supportive community of believers who do so much more than exercise together! If that isn't enough I find that Studio 4:8 is a beautiful space for prayer, worship and listening to God's voice as I work to become the best possible version of His child that I can be.

One of my favorite places to be. I have participated in some of the workshops and private classes they offer too, Kombucha workshop, Reiki sessions and Restorative with Soundbath. The instructors are all so kind and welcoming. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Absolutely LOVE this place!I was searching for a way to connect my spiritual journey, with the body that is carrying me through this earth and the moment I walked in I knew that was the place for me. My practice at Studio 4:8 Yoga is the best form of self-care I have found, and am so happy it's right here in our community.

This cozy place is now home after years without a studio. My first class I was warmly welcomed by the instructor and also classmates who wanted to know my name. It is an amazing place to be a beginner - not intimidating or flashy. They easily adjust for specific student needs. I have rediscovered the community piece of yoga and grateful for the rest that is provided here body and soul.

I love this studio. My first time there tonight and it felt like walking into my own home. It has a great aroma about it, smells amazing and super cozy. It feels like it’s own community and the people who do yoga here are all great and down to earth. You do not have to be a pro here and your not judged by how well you can do yoga. If you are a beginner trying to find a place to start i would highly recommend this studio! I did the mid week meltdown with Theresa, and she is absolutely amazing, very calm and peaceful voice, patient, and great for all levels of yogis. Your class is finished by a quick neck/head massage (if you want), and a lovely inspirational quote to keep you going for the rest of the week! Unlike any place I’ve ever been, wish it was in Omaha!
