Love MidTown Orange Theory! It is my go for my lunch break. The coaches and staff do a great job of motivating and establishing an inviting atmosphere. Excellent variety of workouts throughout the week/month to keep things exciting. I also love the challenges and benchmarks throughout the year. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering joining!

The Midtown Orangetheory studio is the greatest place ever. I started coming here with my sister a few months after my daughter was born. I became a religious 5 am class attendee and can even be seen wearing an OT Hell Week shirt in her first birthday photos. She is now 5. Over the years I have felt nothing but support and encouragement from the staff and community at this studio and it is often times the best part of my day. Thanks to the the coaches and staff for your smiles and happy disposition always pushing us to be our best… even at 5 o’clock in the morning. Yay Midtown!

The trainers at this location were very helpful and supportive. The environment was very clean and neat. I really enjoy how they have different themes for the week and specials. With this type of environment I can see myself getting closer to my weight goal.

The people, the environment, the classes, and the results are all five stars in my book. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and encourages you to work at your pace, and they’re great at adapting for your needs! And Kira is always such a bright and smiley face right as you walk in, as are Ashley, Niecey, and Zac! Love OTF and love my Midtown family!!
