Larger than average facility with lots of equipment. One if my favorite PFs when in the Detroit area. The 360° workout tower is a big plus IMO. Smaller PFs don't have these.

It is a very clean facility that serves the purpose it was meant for. I loved my workout because of the cleanliness and it didn't have that feeling that made me feel uncomfortable. People gaze, but they don't stare which can make one uncomfortable.

What a great gym. The staff is excellent; always friendly and helpful. The gym is huge and super clean with great machines and free weights. We are very pleased. I also love the spa like locker rooms and bathrooms.

I go to this Planet Fitness even though it's not the closest to my house. The people there are friendly, the place Is always clean, and typically not crazy busy.

I have had amazing employees that work there during the week when. I come. I have. Breigh greet me , always with a smile knows her job to a T . Love comming there always clean . And on the weekend. I have. Meg. She knows who. I am ,also greets me by name even before. I sign in. That's great Customer Service. Keep up the good work girls. Was very sad to see Bright had left. But there's a new face now & her name is. Meagain. Very sweet greets me every morning with a big smile & also calls me by my name. Great. Customer service. Aset to your company. I know because that's part of my job. It's hard to find that in people.. so praise her & keep her happy. So she'll stay. Love this place. Very clean also.

I have had a black card with planet fitness for approximately a year. It has been brought to my attention yesterday that I am unable to attend any other club other than my home club 10 times. This is absurd. I was not given any notice when I applied for this membership, it is deceptive and wrong. Even on your website, it does not say there is a limited amount of visits to a different. It says reciprocal use of clubs, which is a deceptive way of marketing your memberships. Using terms such as that is incredibly dishonest, rather than being upfront and stating in layman terms of what you are offering. It is also the problem that my home club lacks the proper equipment that other clubs offer. It is wrong to have a guest pay more to use other clubs deceiving them into thinking that they have unlimited access in those clubs as well. This would not be a problem if each of your clubs provide the same equipment at each club. However, I see ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, isolated back machines, and multiple assisted smith machines at livonia 5 mile, but my home club provides none of those amenities and I am a black card member who does not get use of the amenities as many times of the month I need to fulfill my fitness goals. Also, it is unfair service to others that have single memberships at one club with less amenities than another club and pay the same price!!!!!Additionally, the one staff member at the 5 mile livonia Michigan location who has given me this information is one of the most unpleasant representatives I have interacted with at any location. The representative was cold, unwelcoming, and surprisingly hostile when I first came to that location. If you can not smile and be pleasant, I at least expect you to be professional, you are being paid to give professional customer service. She could not provide that bare minimum.Lastly, I do not understand the repetitive need to waste members time to continue signing a log in for clubs that are not their home club more than once a month. Clearly there is a way to avoid wasting members time of signing their name, email (which is unnecessary for any liability waiver), home club location, and ID, when they have already scanned in their card. I understand signing a liability waiver for the one club, one time, however going through the process every single time is ridiculous and a waste of time. I do not feel comfortable writing my email every time. Adding on to that, there is inconsistencies in all of your clubs. Most clubs that I go to that are not my home club, do not require signing in every single time. Therefore, I believe your livonia location on five mile is choosing to harass guests or that you have inconsistent policies in all your clubs.Overall, planet fitness’s staff judges their member when they first walk in, you fail to provide fair amenities to all your members for the price they pay, and their are inconsistencies between all your clubs.Good Luck-Raj

I am not a fitness fanatic but I really enjoy going to PF! My hubby and I joined 2 weeks ago and we're going 6 days a week. I highly recommend the Black Card membership - it is so worth it for the extras you get. This facility is top-notch and it makes working out not feel like it's a drudge - it's a pleasure spending an hour or more there working out and using the facility.
